Email Security & Phishing Protection

Most attacks start in the inbox. We strengthen filtering, configure SPF, DKIM and DMARC so others can't impersonate your domain, and reduce the phishing that reaches your team.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What are SPF, DKIM and DMARC?

These mechanisms help receiving systems check whether mail is authorized for your domain. SPF identifies permitted senders, DKIM signs messages and DMARC specifies handling and reporting for authentication failures. They do not prevent every form of phishing.

Can you stop all phishing messages?

No filter blocks every malicious message without also risking legitimate mail. Layer filtering with MFA, user awareness and reporting procedures. We review practical controls without promising complete prevention.

Why is legitimate email landing in spam?

Authentication, sender reputation, message content or recipient filtering can affect delivery. We review the sending setup and symptoms before changing DNS. Delivery cannot be guaranteed for every recipient.

What should we do after mailbox compromise?

Use a trusted device to secure the account, review sessions and MFA, and check forwarding rules or unauthorized access. Notify relevant contacts where needed and preserve evidence. Payment fraud should also be reported to the financial institution.

Can DMARC break legitimate sending services?

An overly strict policy can affect legitimate services that are not configured correctly. Inventory all senders and review reports before tightening enforcement. DNS changes should be planned rather than copied from an unrelated domain.

Are email filtering licenses included?

Filtering products and Microsoft 365 subscriptions may have separate recurring charges. Confirm the product, mailbox count, scope and licensing before deployment. Configuration labor does not automatically include subscriptions.
