FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can training happen at my home?

Yes. Training can be on-site at your home or office, or remote when the device and internet connection are suitable. Tell us what you want to learn so the session can focus on your everyday tasks.

Do I need previous computer experience?

No. Tell us your current comfort level and goals. Lessons can cover basic navigation, files, email, video calls or a specific application, using your own device where practical.

Can you teach Microsoft 365 applications?

We can help with everyday use of Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams and OneDrive. Describe the tasks you need rather than just the application name. Any required software subscription is separate from training labor.

Do you provide smartphone and tablet help?

Yes. We help with settings, apps, photos and backup basics on supported devices. Have the device charged and the account owner available for sign-in or recovery steps.

Can lessons include online safety?

Yes. We cover suspicious messages, scam warnings, password practices and MFA in plain language. Bring examples without clicking suspicious links so we can discuss safer ways to recognize and report them.

How long should I book for training?

The appropriate time depends on your goals and pace. Discuss the topics when requesting service and confirm the applicable rate before booking. We do not set a fixed lesson length for every customer.
