FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Which businesses can you support?
We support single-person offices, small businesses and growing organizations. Tell us your locations, employee count, systems and priorities so we can agree a practical scope rather than assume one plan fits every organization.
Do you provide on-site and remote business help?
Yes. Configuration and software work may be remote; hardware, cabling and physical installation often need a visit. Describe the issue when requesting support so we can discuss the appropriate method.
Can you work alongside our internal IT team?
Yes. Co-managed support can address specific areas such as Microsoft 365, networks or security. Agree responsibilities, access and escalation contacts in advance so work complements the existing team.
Can you help new and departing employees?
We can help configure devices, accounts and permissions, and review access when employees leave. Authorized business contacts should approve account changes and specify which files or mail must be retained.
Are business software licenses included?
Licenses, subscriptions and equipment should be agreed separately from labor. We can help review requirements, but a support appointment does not automatically include Microsoft 365 or security subscriptions.
How do we agree ongoing support terms?
Discuss the systems covered, responsibilities, support hours and response expectations before starting a plan. Do not assume one-time service rates include unlimited support or a guaranteed response time.
